Excellence in Education, Recognized and Accredited
Campbellsville University’s School of Education is proud to be accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) and recognized by the Education Professional Standards Board (EPSB). Our programs
meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness, ensuring that our graduates
are well-prepared to make a lasting impact in the classroom. With a commitment to
excellence, our school continually strives to provide exceptional education that is
both academically rigorous and grounded in faith. These accreditations and accolades
reflect our dedication to producing competent, compassionate, and qualified educators.
All School of Education programs leading to certification or rank change are approved
by the Education Professional Standards Board (EPSB). Teacher education and certification programs are accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) as of May 2020.
CAEP (Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation) has eight annual reporting
measures used to provide information to the public on both program outcome and program impact.
CAEP Program Submission pages include the program submission of the Campbellsville
University Educator Preparation Program to the Education Professional Standards Board
(EPSB) on September 1, 2017 as required by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator
Preparation (CAEP).
Additional documents required for Sections 1 & 2 of the CU Program Submission include
all relevant supporting materials, such as course syllabi, program descriptions, assessment
data, and evidence of alignment with accreditation standards. These documents provide
a comprehensive overview of the program’s structure, goals, and effectiveness, ensuring
that the program meets the necessary criteria for approval and accreditation.
